** Note on sugar easter eggs **

I mentioned that I like to use egg whites with my sugar instead of water for a stiffer feel. I had a few questions on specific amounts to use. It honestly depends how many eggs you are making, but for a small batch, mix 2 eggs whites with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well.
