Tissue Paper Pom Poms
So I am in charge of decorating for the BI-STAKE Valentine's Dance. If that's not some pressure, then I don't know what is. I have been looking all around online for great ideas and came up with these amazing tissue paper pom poms. I am not, however, going to pay $19 for 3 and still have to put them together. So I thought, surely someone has a tutorial.

My daughter just made some of these and she wanted a brown tissue paper and ended up with black. She bought it at Walmart.
These look awesome! We had them as decor for a RS activity - it'll look great!
I love this idea! They do make black tissue paper, some how it's the only color I use.
